Real Estate Photography and Virtual Tours Prices for HAR Members

For HAR Realtors, TK Images offers a price schedule that is based solely on images being used to sell a home.

DAY SHOTS

Basic Photo Package of up to 10 still digital photos (includes interior and exterior photos) loaded to HAR - $85
Additional photos discounted to only $5 each
Premium Photo Package of up to 32 still digital photos (includes interior and exterior photos) loaded to HAR - $160 (a $35 savings)

DUSK SHOTS

Up to 10 still digital photos (includes interior and exterior) - $185
Dusk exterior photo only - $140
Additional photos discounted to only $5 each
Premium Photo Package of up to 32 still digital photos (includes interior and exterior photos) loaded to HAR - $260 (a $35 savings)

ONE EXTERIOR SHOT

1 exterior photo taken when photographer is already in the area for a photo shoot - $40
Additional exterior photos are discounted to only $5 each
1 exterior photo if no other photo shoots are taking place in the area - $85

RETURN SHOT

1 photo - $40
Additional photos are discounted to only $5 each

Tax will be added to all prices. All photos are edited next business day and will be posted to MLS next business day. If listing is not on MLS please call TK Images when the listing is active and photos will be loaded at that time.

TK Images exclusively owns and retains all worldwide rights, including copyright, in and to all photographs and images, in any form, including digital and print media it provides to Client. Client is granted a limited, non-transferrable license to use the photographs/images in digital or print form for any advertising or promotional purposes associated with Client's efforts to sell/lease or offer to sell/lease the property depicted in the photographs/images, such as use in a real estate listing, realtor advertisement of listings, a web-based virtual tour of the subject property, and the like. Once Client's involvement in the sale/lease or offer for sale/lease of the subject property terminates, then this license terminates and Client has no further license to use the photographs/images. Client does not have any right to transfer, sell or otherwise provide the photographs/images, or the limited license granted to Client, to any third party. If a third party desires to use the photographs/images, then the third party must first contact TK Images to inquire about purchasing a license.
