Daytime Photography

Every photo is a reflection of your brand, making it essential to capture the property in a way that underscores its unique features and amenities. Retail, hospitality, and office spaces should be photographed at the time of day when the interiors look their best. Exterior photography needs to take into consideration where the sun is in relation to a properties’ entrance, signage, and any important architectural features. Proximity to other buildings that could potentially cast shadows is also a consideration of commercial exterior daytime photography.

Dusk Photography

Dusk photography can offer dramatic contrasts and an inviting mood to any setting. Hospitality spaces that will be frequented in the evening can benefit from a more dramatic atmosphere, which will also highlight how they fit and stand out in relation to surrounding businesses. High-rise properties tend to favor the softer tones of dusk, when shadows and glare from the sun have retreated for the day. Views can become more stunning at night when ambient city lights illuminate the sky. North-facing properties are also excellent candidates for dusk photography, as they never receive direct sunlight and shadow themselves most of the day.

Aerial Photography

Aerial photography offers a perspective on how a commercial property relates to its surroundings and other businesses and buildings that cannot be achieved at ground level. Elevated views within a metropolitan area offer proximity to nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and nightlife. Outdoor amenities and recreation, such as a community swimming pool, sports courts, and neighboring parks can be showcased in a suburban location.

3D Interactive Matterport Tour

3D Interactive Matterport is the most realistic, immersive way to experience a property online; it feels like you are actually walking through the home or commercial space. This powerful tool allows the audience to virtually navigate through the property with the click of a mouse, or obtain a 360 degree perspective from a dollhouse view. The 3D Interactive Virtual Tour includes the basic 2D floor plan and a dollhouse view of your space.

*Please Note: Photographers do their best to avoid tripods appearing in reflections and mirrors; however, at times there is no way to capture the room without the tripod showing. No editing can be done to remove or enhance tour.

Floor Plans

Generate a higher volume of qualified buyers and better market your portfolio by adding a floor plan! 2D Floor plans serve as an important connection between the architect, builder, interior designer and client. Specific details and dimensions like the size, layout, and relationship between rooms and spaces creates spatial awareness and aids in the design process. Illustrations of features such as walls, windows, and doors, will point out any potential flaw with the structural design and make it easier to plan for an adjustment.

Brochure Design

Brochures are a fabulous marketing tool providing buyers with pertinent information on a property. Buyers still enjoy having a tangible item to review homes. Brochures are a fast and easy way to market residential or commercial properties. TK Images offers 1-page, 2-page, or 4-page full color brochure design. Brochure design services do not include printing.

• 4-page brochures need to be printed professionally. 1-page and 2-page brochures can either be printed on your color printer or outsourced to a professional printer.

Photo Books

Photo books are a great marketing tool or a wonderful client gift. These beautiful 10” x 8” hardcover books have a minimum of 20 pages with a photo of the exterior of the property displayed on the cover, a personal message on page 1, and full-page photos of the property. Printed on archival-quality acid free matte paper, photo books have timeless appeal.
